Shipping time:
To help you plan when to expect your order, you'll receive a e-mail with an estimated arrival date and for US customers also a reference number so you can follow the shipment from our shipper UPS. Remember to view the delivery time for each item because the shipping is different for different types of items. You will see estimated shipping days listed in the product details for each item. This is the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.

Shipping company:
After your item has been carefully packaged your package will be delivered Free of charge by one of our carriers, depending destination. US orders are delivered by UPS. All deliveries must be made to a verifiable, physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO's.

If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. For your security the orders may not be delivered without an authorized signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address.

International Shipments:
We ship all orders Free and Insured Worldwide.

Returns:
You can return any order within 30 days of its shipment for a full refund or exchange. Please return the item in its original condition. If you want to return a shipment please contact our customer support so we can help you with all return shipping information you need.
